Rosen Advertising Season 4 Episode 32
Speaker 0:

Welcome to Legal Marketing 101. I'm Toby Rosen. Since you've already seen the title, I'll keep this short. We're going on hiatus. By the time you listen to this episode, all of our existing episodes will already be behind the paywall, and by the end of the year we're going to be moving to a private membership, private hosting system. If you'd still like to listen to the episodes on your preferred podcast provider, you do still have some time to subscribe and listen to all the episodes.

And I will say this I'm not stopping with creating content, I'm not stopping with sharing marketing tactics None of that. This is just a pause, and it's also sort of an admission on my part that the podcast format has just completely jumped the shark. Even just for listening pleasure, I really struggle to find podcasts that aren't just low production value versions of talk radio from the 90s, and while I don't worry too much about Legal Marketing 101 becoming that I mean we don't do interviews, we don't do gags, we don't do clips the reality is I just can't imagine that this is the best way to consume this information today If you're being bombarded by 10 different podcasters, their rotation of different advertisers and all the different guests doing the circuit and every clip that you see on YouTube is of a podcast. Well, look, I just don't want to be part of that stew right now. I don't think I can cut through the noise and I don't think you should have to work that hard to get my information On Legal Marketing 101,.

We have talked about finding an edge, and I don't feel that this podcast is an edge for me anymore. Yeah, you guys still like it, and I still get really nice feedback from many of you, but I just don't feel like this is the best way to continue to share my ideas and have them really land when you consume them, and I really want to make sure you're getting what my point is. I want to make sure I'm getting my point across, because I genuinely want to make your marketing better. I can do it on my own, and I can do it for lots of different firms, but there's no reason that yours can't be good too, and so that's essentially the reason for this hiatus. I don't feel that this format is the best way for me to share my thoughts with you, and I don't think that I'm able to effectively meet the schedule of production that you need to have the marketing tools to be successful. So, in the meantime, make sure you sign up for the newsletter so you can stay up to date on what's next Because, like I said, I'm not done and you can also get a notification from that about when the podcast episodes are gonna be removed from streaming, because I'm not exactly sure on the date yet.

We are going to be publishing these episodes somewhere else and I will announce that on the newsletter. So, again, make sure you sign up. And if you're hurting for content right now, you really need some advice on your marketing, check out the Cut PPC Costs Instantly ebook that's in the show notes and on the Rosen Advertising website, and you're always welcome to reach out through the website. We do offer hourly consulting options and I would be happy to work with you and your firm. Like I said, I am not done creating content. I may not even be entirely done with podcasting, but we need a break. I need it so I can be more effective for my clients and so that I can be more creative for this show, and I think you all probably need it. The world's a crazy place. There's a lot of noise and one more podcast probably doesn't make it better. So for now, that's it for Legal Marketing 101. Check out RosenAdvertisingcom for more Thanks.
